need help for extraction method for insulin

does anyone have extraction method to detect insulin in plasma using HLPC?
currently im using rabbit plasma.

ya i found it. the problem is now. whenever i extract blank plasma...the peak of insulin itself came out as insulin is endogenous compound.
how to overcome this problem? coz i have to spike insulin in plasma.
