Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me figure out how to change the scaling of the x-axis in chromatographs. I have to graphs that I want to combine into one figure but their x-axis are different. For example they both run till 80 mins but one has numbers every 10 min and the other has numbers every 20 mins. In the files in chemstation they appear the same but when looking extracting from the PDF reports they scaling is different again.

Thanks,
Kelly
PeakSimple is a somewhat low cost option - the software is a free download but the hardware is $1539 and not sure if data could be imported to OpenChrom. But the PeakSimple software looks very good.

Hi Kelly,

You need to be careful of the scale of the raw chromatogram with ChemStation as the scaling within the report is a direct reflection.

If they are different in the raw data, they will be different in the report.

Hope that helps
Anthony
