Hi all,

I just use HILIC mode for analyzing melamine by LC/MS. I have read the HILIC mode is a good choice for LC/MS. I can see the LC buffer is suitable for MS. What is the reason other than that ?

Thanks for any input.

Thohry.
Polar compounds elute at a high percentage of organic solvent in HILIC mode (50-95%), thus increasing the sensitivity of the MS.
