Is hypersil c18 column is suitable for a sample prepared in 0.1M hcl?

regards
Together we can...........
You should read the certificate of analysis of your column and find the PH range,
measure your sample PH and consider that your sample will be injected into the HPLC by a small volume (20-200μL)
If hcl means HCl then you will get horrendous trouble if the ACID, at 0.1 M, hits stainless steel. There is a lot of material on this in the forum.
If PH is pH then one must know that it should be near 7 for Cl- to not react with stainless (at least that is my experience).
