SPE for lipid sample prep

Hi!

I need to do some SPE to separate free fatty acids, TRG's, squalene, and cholesterol esters from a lipid extract of sebum. The isolated samples will then be analyzed by GC/MS. I'm not concerned with keeping the TRG's intact, so I thhink GC/MS should be fine.

I apprciate any with this.
Thanks!

Here's a paper worth looking up.
