Sample preperation for pyradilyl

Hi everybody,
(Sorry about my english this is not my native language)
I tried to figure out good method for Pyridalyl [/b ] which I want to identify via LC-MS

I have already try to add Ammonium Acetate 0.1M after the extraction (100ml/100ml v/v)for ionization but the result in 1000ppb was very poor

Any suggestion ?

Use either method AOAC 2007.01 or EN 15662.
