Quadrupole Difficult eith RF electronics

I have a 1100 Agilent 1946A msd and getting this message on the MSD when am trying to run a method "Quadrupole difficult with RF electronics". Can anyone suggest me what to do?

I suspect you will need to call Agilent. This probably isn't a user-fixable problem, and may be something like a failed power-supply.

I think octopole board have problem.
I'm agree with Imh you should call agilent CE to do that.
