Hi,
we are using a Chiracel OD-R column, with mobile phase ACN:Phosphate 40:60, to separate two hydrophobic degradants present in an O/W microemulsion formulation. The two degradants are well separated but the presence of a broad peak related probably to the microemulsion matrix prevents the correct quantification.
We are trying some alternatives , but we would really appreciate any useful suggestion.
