is tthere any difference between parameters of mehtod validation for HPLC and HPTLC. when the LOD and LOQ require to determine.

In my view, yes, with the hopefully obvious proviso about analogous parameters (Rf instead of k', etc.).

what should be the acceptance critrion for the SD for limearity curve in HPTLC method validation ?
as in case of HPLc method validation it should not be > 2,

and i am getting SD 4.12 for linearity curve in HPTLC method validation?

is at acceptable?

If you are using a densitometer to quantitate, you should use an appropriate fitting function for calibration (not necessarily linear). Alternatively, use a narrower range (any detector is approximately linear over a sufficiently narrow range).
