LOOKING FOR ( ANALYTICAL METHOD FOR HPLC )

Hi folks ,

One of my friend looking for chromatography methods ( experiment , procedure etc ) presented as ( book or pdf ) .something like extraction pesticide from fruit by SPE , soxhelt and determint it by HPLC OR GC .

searching the net i found a perfect book but it is for AAS ( http://faculty.sdmiramar.edu/fgarces/La ... nElmer.PDF)

Does any one know a similar book THAT is scientifically approved that can used .

If you do a Google search on "journal of chemical education" + "hplc" you'll come up with several similar. It's not a book, but hopefully it will help.

Depends on what you mean, there. But your friend might want to see if they can find a copy of AOAC Official Methods of Analysis. There are lots of LC and GC complete methods in it, and all of them went through an approval process that included scientists.
