No MS peak for cinnamic acid or pcoumaric acid

I am working on detecting cinnamic and pcoumaric acids in my cell culture but i dont see any peak in my Shimadzu IT-TOF(ESI source) even at high concentration like 100 ug/ml.
I do see peaks in my UPLC single quad (ESI source).
why my IT-TOF does not show any peak?
it is set up at following parameters.
Neb gas flow 1.5L/min, CDL and heat block temp at 200C, detector voltage 1.55 kv, interface voltage -3.5KV, +4.5KV.
what should I change to see my peaks in shimadzu..
