Does anyone know the o-ring sizes needed to rebuild one of the old blocky HP valve actuators? I just took ours apart and the old rubber o-rings are like hard plastic now. I believe there are 3 o-rings needed for a rebuild. Thanks!

chromatographer,
Take them down to your local automotive store or hardware store (good hardware store, not plastic packages but real people) and they should have a sizing cone.
Best regards,
AICMM

Thanks AICMM, but I was hoping to get someone to do that work for me
We have a large o-ring inventory and some sizing charts and cones here and it's looking like it's a 108, a 215 and an 024. The 215 didn't seem to fill the piston groove as well as it should but it's working for now.

Chromotographer,
You are correct in saying that there are three 'O' rings to replace. These 'O' rings should be made from a Fluorocarbon material. The sizes are as follows
1. 1.176 inch i.d. Agilent P/N 0905-1405
2. 1.046 inch i.d. Agilent P/N 0905-0463
3. 0.239 inch i.d. Agielnt P/N 0905-0103
