I am using galaxie software and have a curve set up as a quadratic and when I analyze a blank it is giving me high values even though the areas would correspond to nothing or close to it. Does anyone using galaxie know if there is a setting somewhere that would remedy this situation?

Hello,
You should define a quantity interval. In the method, in the calibration part, select the box "Define Qty intervals". Then, for each component (in the table), you can define an interval in which the solution will always be find. (Qty min, Qty max)
In your case, if the response is small and the qty is high, I guess it is because the curve has an equation that can find a high qty for a small reponse.
Actually, Galaxie always give the first result it finds for a curve, so in case there are several possible results, and if the first one is not the waited one, use the Qty intervals should avoid the problem.
It should avoid your problem as well.
