Phosphate buffer and Fluorescence Detector

Hi,

I would like to know if I can use a Phosphate buffer (KH2PO4 25mM with 1g of sodium hexansulfonic acid adjusted to pH2 with ortho-Phosphoric Acid) with a flurescence detector W2475?
I know that the cell from the fluorescence detector is smaller than the UV cell so a crystallisation could be very hard to clean?

Does anyone know?
Thanks by advance,

I would expect you would be OK up to about 80% ACN or so (depending on temperature). If you have any precipitation, it will plug your column long before it gets to the detector cell.
