Hi,
I am looking to recalibrate a GC (YL6100, FID) with a standard mixture and recalculate response factors for fatty acid methyl ester analysis. In order to establish the linearity of the reponse vs concentration I understand i am required to analyse the standard at several different concentrations. Can anyone provide any information on a typical number of concentrations required for such an exercise. I am also hoping to fully validate the method (in accordance with ISO17025), please can anyone point my in the direction of any documentations / guidance on how to undertake the task (other than the std itself)?
