I just won of project with money on buying LIF detector ZETAFIF Discovery -
for melatonin pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, using ULTIMATE 3000
microHPLC/Coulochem III under Chromeleon.

Has any college experience with this Laser Detector, and
what filters, lamps or lasers are practically need (only short range of lambda).
I probably can buy 2-3 kind of lasers (266 nm, 488 nm and 3th), initially.

It is very difficult obtain any information from factory or distributor.

I would think that the best laser set-up for this detector would depend on the applications. Did you review the list of application notes on the manufactuers web site ? It might provide you with some possible choices for your research. http://www.picometrics.com/html/Applications_notes.htm
