I am working with Shimadzu IT-TOF. My instrument sensitivity has gone done a lot before I could detect in picogram qunatity but now even 10 ug of same standard i can not detect easily. I tried to clean the system with solvent,cleaned my interface,CDL but still the same. Shimadzu PM people said that instrument is not dirty from inside. what happend to my instrument?
