There are PE Headspace's Instrument Conditions:
Platen=90℃ ;Platen Equil=0.30min ;Sample Equil=25min
Mix=5.0min(Shaker ON*) ;Mix Power=5 ;Stabilize=0.30min
Press.=0.30min(0.5*) ;Press Equil=0.10min ;GC Cycle Time=40min
Loop=0.30min ;LoopEquil=0.30min ;Needle Temp.=150℃
Injection=0.30min(0.08 *) ;Valve Temp=150℃ ;Transfer Line Temp=150℃
Withdrawal=0.2min ;High Pressure=ON* ;Thermostat Time=25min *

How can i set the agilent G1888 Headspace which have equivalent conditions.
Agilent G1888's conditions: GC Cycle Time ;Vial Eq. time;Pressur time;Loop Fill time;Loop Eq. time;Inject time;Temperature oven;Temperature loop;Temperature transfer line;vial agitation(off/low/high);Multi extraction(off/on/conc)

Thank you!
You do understand that PE uses a timed pressure injection method and Agilent has a fixed loop atmospheric injection method.

Set your available hardware temperatures and times at the same settings.

The injection size must be determined by the flow rate of the column and the time interval chosen to inject on the PE and the pressure used to inject. Then use a similar volume loop size for the Agilent.

If you are uneducated with these techniques then you need to do some homework before you start or you may become frustrated, or you may get lucky, one never knows.

Good luck,

Rod
