I have a 1200 GC-MSMS from varian with Varian Workstation, and I'm running a method containing about 200 transitions. The data files I get are very large (it takes very long time to download them in our network). When I run the same method on a Waters system, the data files are about 1/10 of the files from varian.
Is there any way to make the files I get from Varian smaller? Or can they be converted to another format that gives smaller files?
