Need help for Chrompack GC CP 9001

We are using GC CP9001 since long time, recently the GC started showing a message "MOTOR OFF" and the motor's fan stop working, consequently we just reset the motor from the control board and it backs to work again.
By the time, the even occurs and the same action was taken but unfortunately it was not affective so far, we tried to replace the motor with an old used one and the same problem persist. Instrument people have checked the motor and everything were fine and working.
If any has faced such case and got a resolution it would be great and appreciated.
Best regards,
Alchemist
