Hi,
Now I'm developing an impurity method for tropine, which is a kind of impurity in tropisetron , listed in British Pharmacopoeia 2009,tested with Thin-layer chromatography method.But now I want develop the method to liquid chromatography to test the tropine impurity in tropisetron injection !Who has done the work ,for the HPLC method , colum , detector,and mobile phase information !Can you help me ?
