HPLC 1090 HBIP card

Which card works with win 95. Also, do I need to have air supply to operate the instrument (it has auto-sampler).

If it's an older computer (e.g. Pentium I) running your Windows 95, then I believe you'd need HPIB 82335 card.
Newer computers would use 82341 or 82350 cards. And I do believe you need air pressure to operate the 1090 autosampler, like on the 1050s.
