Volumetric flow meter

I'm looking for a volumetric gas flow meter with the the following characteristics:

- Accururacy better than 2%, 1% prefered
- Large flow range, about 2 to 1000 ml/min.

The volumetric meters I have found so far are either too inaccurate or only takes samples of the flowrate.

Any tips or links?

Do you need a on-line flow meter with those specs ?
that is not impossible( but almost hardly, and not
conventionally) may be you need tell us your application

It's more or less exactly what I'm looking for. Not only a calibration instrument for other equipment, as other piston meters I have seen, but it can also be used inline in my application. Great!!
