peak width adjust error

in autotune i got "peak width adjust error" and when i m going into manual tune their low mass abundance is very low and high masses are not visible. There lot of noise with high abundance. in manual scan mode very wide and noisy peaks are present.
What am i do?
i m using Agilent 1100 Series G1946A ESI LC/MSD
ESI Tune Mix is brand new.
