Discussions about GC-MS, LC-MS, LC-FTIR, and other "coupled" analytical techniques.

Hi ,everybody. As I know, the related substances of pemetredex (also known as "Alimta") in its crude drug have two couple of isomers, cause i have done the MS and MS/MS experiments of those four peaks, A/B have the same m/z ,and C/D have another same m/z.The chromatographic peaks are symmetry as well. But I can't find any arctiles or patents of these related substances  , and i need the information urgently!!
Can anybody give a hand ?Please send me information of the isomers,eg.molecule weight ,structure,MS information... or leave a message :) Email: cpu0920@163.com
Do a Google search for "Mass Spectrometry of Alimta"

:)

Characterization of pharmaceutical compounds and related substances by using HPLC FTICR-MS and tandem mass spectrometry. Winger, Brian E.; Kemp, Craig A. J. Eli Lilly and Co., Indianapolis, IN, USA. American Pharmaceutical Review (2001), 4(2), 55-56,58,60,62-63. Publisher: Russell Publishing L.L.C, CODEN: APHRFS ISSN: 1099-8012. Journal written in English. CAN 135:170901 AN 2001:466526 CAPLUS

Abstract

A method combining HPLC with FTICR-MS for the anal. of drug stress degrdn. products to improve identification ability of unknown compds. was presented. The exact mass information obtained in an online expt. drastically reduced the need for isolating and purifying substantial quantities of material. FTICR-MS is a vital tool for the anal. chemist involved with research and development in the pharmaceutical industry.

Thank you so much!
but i can't find the full text of this article on line, and it seems "American Pharmaceutical Review "doesn't have an electronic version. The labrary of my university doesn't buy the magzine. Could you please send me the full papaer at your leisure? thanks ~~:)
