Hi all,

I am emma from ASU and I am using an HP5972 MSD. We shut down the system yesterday and I restarted it today, but I found out that my rel abund for 502 was 31.6, which is much higher than the normal number of 5. ion 219 was about 42, which is Ok, but the iso ratio looked oK though about 1:4:9. The atune file 4 days ago was all normal.
Does anyone know why I would have such an abnormally high rel abund for ion 502? Is there a way to get it back to a normal range?

Thanks a lot!

Emma :)
Hi Emma--

This is a long shot, but if you disconnected the source, you didn't get the orange and blue wires switched when you reconnected the source? Doing this will give you a really weird tune.
