if it is encapped column, how long it will last before it collapse?

If you are referring to "phase collapse" in 100% water, that term is a misinterpretation of what happens. A better explanation is "dewetting" where the surface tension of the water "wicks" the mobile phase out of the pores. The onset of dewetting is related to the pore size (more likely with smaller pores) and the hydrophobicity of the surface (more likely with longer-chain and/or endcapped materials).

When it occurs, it's a fairly abrupt transition.
