Empower can controll Agilent 1100 pumps, autoinjector, UVs, DAD and RI detector via ethernet card or Equinox serial multiplexer card. The ethernet card is required for DAD. The appropiate firmware version is important .The supported functions operate well under Empower controll. The only one important unsupported function the plunger sealwash pump (in the newer pumps) can be controlled by handheld controller.Does anyone have any information on the ease of interfacing empower with Agilent LC systems and CTC LEAP injectors? Also any opinions/input/additional information useful to the empower software would be appreciated.
