Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate

I am trying to analyse Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate (similar to Erythromycin Base) and I am following Ph.Eur. method, but some how i am not getting proper elution.

Can anybody tell me about the criticalities.

I have tried Hamilton and Polymer make column.
