By quadropole mass spectrometer which is connected to vacuum chamber I have to do the measurement of the contamination level. I suppose that it should be done MID (multiply Ion detection) or MCD (multiply concentration detection measurements.) nevertheless I do not know how to adjust the proper parameter. I will appreciate if anybody could tell me If I am right and if yes, how I should adjust the parameters in the library and how interpret the outcome. It is first measurement which I have to do with this equipment.
Thanks in advance
Sorry, I do not know what you are asking.
However, it might help if you told us what hardware (instrument) you are using.
