How can i get the software (Free) for scaleup of analytical HPLC method to prep HPLC. or calculation involved
PLease advice .
You don't need a software for that. It takes shorter time to figure it out utilizing a simple pocket calculator than booting a PC.
You might like to describe the case here and I'm sure you'll get a lot of responses.

As Danko said, calculation for geometrical transfer of HPLC conditions is really simple, however if you really wish to use a soft, check this out:

Now I understand you need a real intuitive software.

the resolution between these two compounds is very small in analytical method developed. I m not getting the proper resolution on upscaling.
Thatswhy i need the calculation/software for upscaling to prep and isolating the impurities.
