Saturn 2000 problems

Hi this is an hardware problem. I have a varian saturn 2000 MS and I am unable to establish comms with the it. Can anyone assist me with this?

Could you please provide some additional details? Did the MS previously communicate and suddenly stop? Or you haven't been able to configure it successfully?

What version of MS Workstation are you running and is the MS connected via a remote start cable for a 3800 GC?
