Dear all,

I have two quesations below, and will appreciate your input and insight.

1. What are commonly used water-soluble vitamins for making the calibration curve of GFC columns? (PEG, PVC, PVP, Dextran, polyacrylamide, polyacrylic acids, and ????)

2. What are the commercial sources for the calibration standards of these water-soluble polymers?

Thanks!

daryl.fernandes@ludger.com you should contact for high MW dextran standards, please see also www.ludger.com! This UK based company I can recommend for such issues. Other polymer standards you can purchase from the known global lab suppliers, or contact the company PSS Polymer Standard Service, based in Germany, in the city of Mainz. Please check out www.polymer.de to get in contact with them. Good luck.
