Chemstation A.10.01 installation with Agilent 1100 hplc

We have a problem installing chemstation ver. A.10.01 in our computer. When we insert the installation CD, our HPLC modules do not appear in the instrument list prior to the installation and we cannot install the software.

How can we make our equipment appear in the installation window?

We have an Agilent 1100 HPLC with the G1310A G1315A and G1316A modules and it is connected to our computer with an ethernet crossover cable.

Did you set the right IP in configuration. Check the TCP/IP setting in your network card. Can you ping the machine.
