i am having difficulty in preparing UOD(uniformity of dosage unit) samp,e for a Tablet having the below mentioed excepients
Prosolv SMCC 90,Hypromellose,Hydrophobic colloidal silica, sodium steryl fumarate,its an ER tablet, please help me how can i disperse thistablet, sampke goes onto HPLC for estimation
