Im interested in a new LC-MS/MS any advice or testimonials ?

Im just interested in:

Agiland, Bruker, Waters and maybe Shimadzu. Bruker has so far the best price but their LC-MS/MS is new on the market, they say that their high end MS/MS is as good as the Agilent.
Waters seems to have the best handling and resolution but is also the most expensive. Every device should come with a UHPLC or UPC and we want to buy a device that has still a good resolution compared to new models for next 6 years, so only the top models then come into question then.

Any advices ?
You may want to add ABSciex to your list. They do make good systems and I have not had any major problems from my API3200 though that is a lower end model.
The past is there to guide us into the future, not to dwell in.
Go with an Agilent 1200 coupled to an Agilent 6410 QQQ. You will love the masshunter software!
I totally forgot to post what i actually bought.

so Bruker gave us their Evoque for 1 Year to test it. That thing broke down every 4 weeks. After i saw how to repair it for 2 times they didnt even send a tech. anymore, just the parts and i installed it myself. We needed to clean the source about every 10 Weeks

After that year and a big investment of time they didnt want to go down with the price to we gave it back after 1 year.

We bought the agilent 6490 with a 1250 Pump without any testing.

The device runs for 2 years now without any issue. We only cleaned it twice with the normal yearly maintenance. the source never needed a seperate cleaning in between. To make sure that we have a backup we bought a capillary for stock, in case we need a quick better performance.

We also have a coloumn switch and 4 solvents, so we never have to change them manually and can run diffenrent methods over night. that upgrate wasnt possible at the time for the bruker.
The software itself is just so much better with the agilent too and the service couldnt be better.
