Used? HPLC w/UV-vis for purifying gold bound oligos?

I'm attempting to purify gold conjugated single stranded oligos, ~20bases, using size exclusion chromotography (e.g. Superdex 75 columns), usually in the nmole range. The idea is to run a mixture of conjugate, pure oligo, possible enzyme and pure gold, through.
I need a cheap/good value HPLC with a UV detector (gold absorbs strongly at 260nm), that will enable me to manually purify the conjugate, it should also have a pc connection for monitoring and logging the data. Pressure doesn't need to be super high. Anything near San-Fransisco would be a bonus, and the machine should be tested thoroughly - i.e. working
And recommendations for good value size exclusion columns would also be good.
Price range? Preferably no more than 30K.
Cheers!
