I am not knowledgable in this area so I hope my question is understandable. I had a paint from Europe tested using Method24 and the lab results show that a certain amount of toluene is present. Someone has suggested that there is another solvent that is not toluene but gives the same result from the GC test. Is this a possibility or a smokescreen by the potential supplier? Thanks in advance for your reply.
