Calculating min peak with given flow rate & volume

This is a theoretical question:
If I know the injection volume (of a compound), the volume once it's been volatilized in GC, and know the flow rate inside the columns, how do I calculate the minimum width in seconds that the peak could have assuming no broadening. Do I just divide the volatilized volume by the flow rate (in seconds)?
