Could AMDIS (2.68) be used for quantititation of GC/MS data?

HI, everyone.I found that the words " single ion for quanntitation" metioned in "changes in AMDIS (Version2.68) "(http://chemdata.nist.gov/mass-spc/amdis/changes.html). Does this mean the areas of Ref.Ion can be used for quantitation of associated compounrds deconvoluted by Amdis?
