Hi,
I am looking for a new Trple Q for really fast analysis. (Running an old API 2000 so far) Therefore I first chose the Frontend UHPLC. It seems to me that Shimadzu Nexera is at the moment the best Frontend as far as pumps, cycle times and carryover are concerned.
That was the easy part: now it becomes more difficult.
The obvious choice seems to ask for their new Triple quad, which is optimised for fast application. Alas it seems not to be released here -Germany- so far. (Funding only valid for this year.)
I need rather speed than sensitivity. So would you say there is another affordable 500MRM/s instrument on the market, that does polarity switching in max 25ms (That's my estimate, I would need it for a fast screening method).
And considering these factors the s/w needs to have a Shimadzu driver. I know ABSciex & Waters have it. Anyone from Overseas with hands-on experience?
