Has anyone analysed mycotoxins by using GC-MS? If yes, Which column did you use? Anna

Check the literature - the aflatoxins do not take temperture well. I was starting on a project to do these by GC/MS about 10 years ago and found a different way to get the project done. I even bought an on-column inlet so that I would have a chance of the aflatoxins surviving.

Some of the other mycotoxins may be easier to run down a GC column - or someone may have figured out a novel and usable solution.

Do a Google Search for mycotoxins by gc and you will get your answer.
