I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE HPLC EQUIPMENT, WHENEVER THEY ARE PUT TO WORK THE PUMPS, LISTENING A NOISE AS IF SOME PART WAS TOUCHING ANOTHER PART OF THE EQUIPMENT, BESIDES THAT IT ARRIVES A LITTLE WHILE IN WHICH IT IS PUT TO WORK THE PUMPS AND IT LEAVES A MESSAGE " NO MOTOR HOME" , WHAT CAN I DO? OR ¿WHAT DOES MEAN THIS?, CAN I SOLVE IT?¿HOW?SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE
First of all DON'T SHOUT! All upper case is hard to read.

Second, it's impossible to give advice unless we have some details;
What kind of pump (manufacturer, model, isocratic or gradient)?
How old is the system?
Have you done regular preventive maintenance on the system?
What solvent, flow rate, and pressure?
Did this problem occur suddenly or has it been getting gradually worse over time (and, if so, how much time)?
