Hi again,

Today I tried to integrate a sharp peak within a very broad peak (oil fraction) by manual integration. This seems not to be possible. If I integrate the oil peak area, the sharp peak within that area disappears and vice versa.

Are there any possibilities for a workaround in order to get both peaks in one result list or do I have to integrate twice?

Thanx for any advice,

- Keen

CMdr Keen,

Are you doing an extracted ion profile in the software? That should give you two windows, does it not?

Best regards.
