In my view you should run pure Methanol for at least 30 minutes and the use the mobile phase!how should i condition this new column:: BDS HYPERSIL C18 5MICRON 250X4.6

I have seen many columns COA where thay state that the column is shifted with Methanol inside it, whether Methanol or ACN is used as mobile phase.
I think u should see the Column COA, u will notice it as well.
