will TFA reduce load capacity for neutral compoudns

as TFA occupy some C18 surface, I doubt it will decrease load capacity for neutral compounds somehow.....

Neutral compounds are retained better and largely independently of TFA. I can't see why TFA would interfere with neutral compounds, especially at high loads.
