Hello,
I want to separate sugars with an amino column and a RI detector. The mobile phase should be CH3OH/H2O (75/25). As the mobile and the stationnary phase are polar, is it a normal or a reverse phase chromatography ?
Thank you

If you increase the amount of ACN in the mobile phase, retention increases, therefore it is, technically, normal-phase. If this technology were developed today, it would be classed as HILIC (see other threads on that topic).
