I am analysing fish oils on HS-GC-MS to identify oxidation products. I think to use HP-Innowax. Does anyone have experiences with this kind of analysis? Which column is the best for it?

I used wax type columns for years - until I started working with MS. The background can be a bit high, particularly as you reach the upper temperature limit of the column.
Having said that, if the column does the job - you have the right column.
If you need a polar stationary phase; a wax column is polar. However, you may find the bleed to be a problem as you reach the upper temperture limit of the column. Many will use a less polar column which will permit higher temperature operation to avoid column bleed.
