Shimadzu SCL10Avp doesn´t connect RS323C

Hi all!

My name is Gilberto, I´m from Fortaleza, Brasil. We´ve here in our laboratory one Shimadzu SCL 10AVp System Controller, LC 10 AT Pump Control and SPD 10A UV Detector in one simple isocratic system, connected with one PC Computer with Windows XP SP3. We use CLASS VP 6.1 SP2. Recently this computer broke, and called me to fix it. So, we try connect this system between RS232C to computer but CLASS VP shows NOT CONNECTED, in a Instrument menu we make a correct choice to COM1, and computer with a same port enabled COM1 - 3F8/IRQ4, but doesn´t connect... We try change like as described in a Shimadzu manual about COM1 parameters, like as Velocity port in a 19200bps, parity: Even and... Stops bits in 1, but not sucess. When I try connect with LCMaintenance.exe included in a CLASS-VP software package, we hear one beep from SCL controller and this program shows pump and detector parameters, like as hours... without problem.
Anybody here have one help to us?

Comunication between SCL and Pump and UV are OK, with optical cable.

Let us keep the SCL-10Avp settings aside as it was communicating earlier and focus only on CPU part.
a) If you changed the CPU, is the dongle (like usb pen drive) for VP software installed in new cpu? To confirm see the purchased options in system administration!
b) Did you reload the software? If yes you may need to do an auto configure!

Thanks in advance for your help. But I found a focus of problem... (no dongle or printer hardlock present).
So, It's a second time I'm make maintenance in this system, in a first time, this computer burn mother board, and they (students) try fix it, send this computer to IT department of UECE - Universidade Estadual do Ceará, and when this computer come back, do not run... they do not solve this problem, and they call me to fix it.
In a first time I'm observe CLASS-VP 6.12 installed in that system, but no printer port hardlock or USB dongle present, and I start tests, CLASS-VP run without problems WITHOUT hardlock or USB dongle... And... don't make this question to me... because I don't know it's a possible.
Well, now, same computer don't running more, old and outdated and I try install again, but no success, and I remember.. (hardlock or dongle are MANDATORY to run CLASS-VP) they try find this device to come back operates this equipament.

I'm expeting hear from UECE, to continue instalation of CLASS-VP. In a mean time... Did you know where we can buy this device separately to solve this problem.
