Is there any way to automatically calculate signal to noise ratio with Agilent ChemStation (HPLC) ? Thanks.

Yes there is. Load your data into the Data Analysis view, from the 'Report' drop down menu select 'System Suitability' and then 'Edit Noise Ranges'. Enter your noise range in the boxes.
Print the built-in 'Performance + Noise' report to see the result.
Be careful which numbers you report though. From memory ChemStation does h/H rather than 2h/H (may be the other way round). I will double check when I get a chance to go through the manual.
Hope this helps.

Also, I believe the calculations are only done for named peaks, so make sure you at least have the retention time in your calibration table.

You are both correct; I tried it and it worked. And I made my own cheat sheet for the future for when I forget how. Thanks.
